Sun Internet was started by one person who wanted a different kind of internet provider — one that doesn't answer to shareholders, doesn't do marketing, and doesn't treat broadband as a commodity to extract margin from.

We believe internet access is infrastructure, not a product. It should be reliable, fairly priced, and run by humans who care. Our entire operation — strategy, finances, code, and decisions — is published openly on GitHub. You can see exactly how this business works, right down to the knowledge graph.

We're tiny. We automate the routine and put humans on the hard things. If something goes wrong, you talk to a person who can fix it — not a script, not a call centre, not a retention department.
